We are a small, specialist group focused on bringing AI from concept to operational reality — with care for the organisations we work with and the people inside them.

OUR STORY

From Research to Real Operations

Voltera was established in Hung Hom, Kowloon, by a group of engineers and organisational consultants who shared a particular frustration: AI work that looked impressive in demonstrations but stalled during real deployment. We wanted to do something different.

Since our founding, we have focused exclusively on three domains where AI creates genuine operational value — energy management, content classification, and change support. We chose depth over breadth deliberately. Each service area has dedicated internal expertise and a clear methodology that has been tested across multiple client environments.

Our clients are facility managers, operations leads, data and compliance teams, and HR leaders. They need systems that work in practice, not on slides. That is the standard we hold ourselves to.

Alicia Wong

Co-Founder & Lead Engineer

Leads technical architecture and model development across all three service lines. Previously worked on industrial IoT systems for manufacturing operations in the Pearl River Delta.

David Lam

Co-Founder & Client Principal

Manages client relationships and project delivery. Background in organisational consulting and change facilitation across financial services and logistics in Hong Kong.

Priya Chan

Data Science Lead

Specialises in classification models and training pipelines. Focused on high-accuracy tagging systems for unstructured data in regulated environments including compliance and legal archives.

Mutual NDA in place before any engagement begins. Client data is used solely for the scoped project and never retained beyond delivery.

Version-Controlled Delivery

All model builds, configurations, and integration code are version-controlled and handed over at project close — you own your system.
